Urashaka gukoresha neza igihe cyawe? - Rick Warren

Mbese iyo umunsi uciye ikibu ujya wibaza uti "Mbese uyu munsi nujuje inshingano zanjye?"

Mbese ni ngombwa gukora ibyo washyize ku rutonde byose?

Igihe cyawe ugikoresha ute? Niba utabasha gutegeka igihe cyawe, igihe ubwacyo ni cyo kizagutegeka. Dore inama eshatu ijambo ry’Imana riduha, zagufasha kugabanya stress uterwa no kudakoresha neza igihe cyawe:

3. Hanga amaso yawe ku Mana. Stress ni ikimenyetso kigaragaza ko Imana itakiri ku mwanya wa mbere mu buzima bwawe, ahubwo ko witaye ku bibazo byawe utarimo kubonera iherezo.

Ndahamya ko impamvu nyamukuru idutera stress ari uko twishyira imbere ubwacu aho kuhashyira Imana.

Icyo wakora uyu munsi

Byashoboka ko aya magambo agukoze ku mutima. Niba ari uko biri, urasabwa gukora urutonde rw’imirimo yihutirwa, ugafata umwanya wo kuruhuka kandi ikiruta byose ugashyira Imana imbere mu buzima bwawe.
